All temperature measurements are degrees Fahrenheit.
Use crushed whole cinnamon bark (rough crush, don't powder it) and boil in a bag for the final 15 mins of the boil. 2 sticks is approximately 1/2 oz.
Add honey 15 mins from the end of the boil (with flame turned off).
SRM is darker than promash indicates due to the coloring imparted by the cinnamon bark.
